1 hour 45 minutes for 1 pizza, called shop after 1 hour 30 minutes and was told it had just left the shop yet arrived cold. Most likely with driver for at least 30 minutes.

Vegetable burger with chips came with about 3 half chips and was missing the sauce. The veg pakora was alright, the main was average.

Pre ordered food for a party for World Cup and it never showed up shocking £80 already paid for

The price was great and delivery was quick but the food was terrible. The poppadoms were totally stale, the nan bread was rock hard and the chips, cheese and gravy was on it's side in the bag so leaked everywhere and was a soggy mess by the time we got it. Will try somewhere else next time.

Ordered chicken pakora as an extra portion but we didn't get it with the delivery. Donner meat was dry. Other items in the munchy box were fine.

I pre ordered food on the way home for 6 and food was delivered just after 5 probably just an oversite/mistake but when i phoned they sent out fresh food replacement with no issues great service all round

Was delivered 40 minutes earlier than requested. I’d put a request in the notes section for boiled rice and received fried rice. Restaurant obviously hadn’t looked at order properly regarding delivery time or special request. I use manzil regularly and was disappointed on this occasion.

Not all of my order was delivered. Poppadoms not delivered.
