Unfortunately my order was Baltic when it got here. Pizza was like a frisbee was that cold and chips much the same. No point complaining as Its a Saturday and prob been sitting and then again with the delivery driver. Shame as I know it’s normally good just won’t get delivery

1 hour and 3 phone calls later, food arrives and it was wrong. Used manzils app....poor service

Order delivered is wrong, i ordered a donner hoagie calzone with garlic mayo and i’ve received donner calzone and a portion of chips

Missing nan bread. Had to wait another 20 minutes for them to send it out but the curry was already eaten by then :( they didn't even apologise on the phone either!

Excellent food, fast delivery.

The food was really lovely, especially the curry but unfortunately everything was freezing cold - having 2 elderly parents in hospital we hadn't eaten all day & were too hungry to send it back! Delivery was due at 17:40 & when I checked at 17:45 it said order had been delivered. I waited in case this was an error but then called to double check at 18:00 & was told it would be here soon - it arrived 30 minutes late at 18:10. Normally late delivery wouldn't bother us as long as the food had some heat in it, but thought it strange that it was marked delivered 25 minutes before receiving it! We'll probably order again as food is usually great, but we'll pick it up next time.

The restaurant forgot one of our items and when called sent within 5 mins. Chips and curry had barely any curry was disappointed
